1. طبيعة الخدمة

«مسلم» أداة بحث وإجابة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي فوق مكتبة من النصوص الموثّقة (القرآن الكريم، وكتب الحديث المسندة، وكتب فقهية). الإجابة تُبنى على المصادر المسترجَعة وتُذكَر مراجعها، ويُتحقَّق من نص الآيات مقابل المصحف ومن نص الأحاديث مقابل المجاميع المفهرسة قبل عرضها.

2. ليست فتوى

هذه الخدمة ليست جهة إفتاء ولا بديلًا عن عالم مؤهَّل أو دار إفتاء معتبرة. الإجابات معلومات عامة قد تُخطئ أو تنقص أو تُغفل قولًا معتبَرًا، والمسائل المصيرية — كالطلاق والمواريث والمعاملات المالية والمسائل الطبية — يجب سؤال أهل العلم فيها مباشرة. المسؤولية عن العمل بأي إجابة تقع عليك.

3. حدود الدقة

• قد يتعذّر التحقق من نصٍّ فيُعرَض موسومًا بأننا لم نتحقق منه — تحقّق منه بنفسك قبل الاعتماد عليه.
• الاستنباط بالقياس يُعلَن صراحةً في الإجابة، ولا يُقدَّم كنصٍّ شرعي.
• الخلاف بين المذاهب يُذكَر عند وجوده، ولا نرجّح مذهبًا على آخر.
• غياب دليل في مكتبتنا لا يعني غيابه في الشرع.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

باستخدامك الخدمة تلتزم بألّا:

• تنسب إلى الخدمة فتوى أو حكمًا شرعيًا مُلزِمًا.
• تنشر إجاباتها منسوبة إلى عالم أو جهة إفتاء بعينها.
• تستخدمها في تحريض أو تكفير أو تشويه دين أو طائفة.
• تحاول استخراج بيانات النظام أو إغراقه بالطلبات أو تجاوز حدود الاستخدام.
• ترفع محتوى لا تملك حق استخدامه.

5. الحساب

الخدمة مجانية والدخول اختياري عبر Google. أنت مسؤول عن حماية حسابك عند مزوّد الدخول. يمكننا تعليق الحساب عند إساءة الاستخدام أو محاولة الإضرار بالخدمة أو بمستخدميها. ويمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

6. المحتوى والملكية

النصوص الشرعية الأصلية (القرآن الكريم وكتب الحديث والتراث) ليست ملكًا لنا. المكتبة مبنية على نصوص متاحة للعموم أو بتراخيص تسمح بالاستخدام، ونذكر مصدر كل نص. لا نرفع ولا نعيد نشر تحقيقات أو طبعات محفوظة الحقوق بغير إذن، وإن رأيت نصًّا يخالف ذلك فأبلِغنا عبر صفحة التواصل ونزيله. أما واجهة التطبيق وبرمجيّته وتصميمه فهي ملكنا.

7. التوافر

الخدمة مقدَّمة «كما هي» وقد تتوقف أو تتغيّر أو تتباطأ، وقد نضع حدودًا للاستخدام لحماية النظام. لا نضمن استمرارية الخدمة ولا خلوّ الإجابات من الخطأ.

8. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون المُطبَّق، لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن الاعتماد على إجابة، ولا عن قرارٍ دينيّ أو ماليّ أو شخصيّ اتُّخذ بناءً عليها.

9. تغييرات الشروط

عند تعديل هذه الشروط سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك بها.

1. What the service is

Muslim is an AI-assisted search-and-answer tool over a library of verified texts (the Qur'an, the canonical hadith collections with their chains, and works of fiqh). Answers are built from retrieved sources and cite them; quoted verses are checked against the mushaf and quoted narrations against the indexed collections before being shown.

2. Not a fatwa

This service is not a fatwa authority and not a substitute for a qualified scholar or a recognised council. Answers are general information and may be wrong, incomplete, or miss a legitimate position. For consequential matters — divorce, inheritance, financial dealings, medical questions — ask a qualified scholar directly. Acting on any answer is your own responsibility.

3. Accuracy limits

• A quotation we could not verify is shown marked as unverified — check it yourself before relying on it.
• Reasoning by analogy (qiyas) is stated as such and never presented as scripture.
• Scholarly disagreement is surfaced where it exists; we do not rank one school above another.
• Absence of evidence in our library is not absence of evidence in the tradition.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• present the service's output as a binding religious ruling;
• republish answers attributed to a named scholar or authority;
• use it for incitement, takfir, or to misrepresent a religion or community;
• attempt to extract system data, flood the service, or bypass usage limits;
• upload content you do not have the right to use.

5. Accounts

The service is free and sign-in is optional via Google. You are responsible for your account at that provider. We may suspend an account for abuse or attempts to harm the service or its users. You may delete your account and data at any time.

6. Content and ownership

The primary religious texts are not ours. The library is built from public-domain or appropriately licensed texts, and every passage carries its source. We do not upload or redistribute copyrighted critical editions without permission — if you find something that does, tell us via the contact page and we will remove it. The application, its code and its design are ours.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". It may be interrupted, changed or slowed, and we may apply usage limits to protect it. We do not guarantee availability or that answers are error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on an answer, nor for any religious, financial or personal decision taken on its basis.

9. Changes

We will update the "last updated" date; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
