«مسلم» تطبيق أسئلة وأجوبة إسلامية يعتمد على مصادر موثّقة. هذه الصفحة تشرح بدقة
ما نجمعه فعلًا وما لا نجمعه، ولمن تُرسل بياناتك، وكيف تحذفها.
1. الاستخدام بدون تسجيل دخول
تسجيل الدخول اختياري. إن لم تسجّل الدخول:
- تُحفَظ محادثاتك في ذاكرة متصفحك أنت (localStorage) على جهازك فقط، ولا تُرفع إلى خوادمنا.
- عند إرسال سؤال، يُرسل نص السؤال وآخر عدد محدود من رسائل المحادثة إلى الخادم لغرض توليد الإجابة فقط.
- لا نُخزّن نص سؤالك ولا نص الإجابة في قاعدة بياناتنا في هذه الحالة. ما يُسجَّل هو
بيانات تشغيلية فقط: اسم الموديل، زمن الاستجابة، عدد الرموز (tokens)، معرّفات
المصادر التي استُرجعت، وحالة نجاح الطلب أو فشله.
- حذف محادثاتك المحلية يتم بحذفها من التطبيق أو بمسح بيانات الموقع من متصفحك.
2. عند تسجيل الدخول
تسجيل الدخول يتم عبر Google من خلال Firebase Authentication. في هذه الحالة نخزّن:
- بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني، اسمك، صورة حسابك (إن وُجدت)، ومعرّف الحساب لدى مزوّد الدخول.
- محادثاتك: أسئلتك وإجاباتها والمصادر المرتبطة بها — لتتزامن بين أجهزتك.
- تقييماتك للإجابات (مفيدة/غير مفيدة وسبب ذلك) إن أرسلتها.
- رموز الجلسة (refresh tokens) مع عنوان IP الذي أُصدرت منه، وسجلّ دخول/خروج مختصر.
لا نطلب ولا نخزّن كلمة مرور: التحقق من هويتك يتم عند Google، ونحن نتحقق من التوقيع الرقمي للرمز الذي يصدره.
3. مَن يرى بياناتك من الأطراف الأخرى

Google (Gemini API): لتوليد الإجابة يُرسل سؤالك، ونصوص المصادر
المسترجَعة، وآخر رسائل المحادثة إلى واجهة Google Gemini. هذا يعني أن نص سؤالك
يمرّ عبر Google بصفتها مُعالجًا للبيانات — سواء كنت مسجّلًا أو لا.
- Google / Firebase Authentication: عند تسجيل الدخول بجوجل.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في إعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع معلنين أو وسطاء بيانات.
4. لماذا نجمع ما نجمعه
- تشغيل الخدمة: توليد الإجابات وحفظ محادثاتك عند تسجيل الدخول.
- الحماية من الإساءة: تحديد معدّل الطلبات لكل عنوان IP لمنع الإرهاق والاستغلال.
- التحسين التقني: قياس الأزمنة والأخطاء لإصلاح المشكلات — ببيانات تشغيلية لا بنص أسئلتك.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
- محادثاتك المخزَّنة على الخادم: حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.
- السجلات التشغيلية وسجلات التدقيق: تُحفَظ للفترة اللازمة للتشخيص ومنع الإساءة، وبحدٍّ أقصى اثني عشر شهرًا.
- رسائل «تواصل معنا»: تُحفَظ حتى الرد عليها ثم تُحذف عند عدم الحاجة إليها.
6. حقوقك
- الحذف: يمكنك حذف حسابك، فتُحذف محادثاتك ويُجهَّل ما يتبقّى من بيانات الحساب وتُبطَل كل جلساتك.
- الوصول والتصحيح: راسلنا وسنزوّدك بنسخة من بياناتك أو نصحّح ما هو غير دقيق.
- الاعتراض: يمكنك استخدام التطبيق بدون تسجيل دخول أصلًا، فلا يُخزَّن لك شيء عندنا.
7. الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجَّهة للأطفال دون الثالثة عشرة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
8. الأمان
الاتصال بالخدمة مشفَّر عبر HTTPS، والوصول الإداري محمي بحساب إداري منفصل، وكل
رمز دخول يُتحقَّق من توقيعه قبل قبوله. لا يوجد نظام آمن بالمطلق، لكننا نلتزم
بإبلاغك عند أي اختراق يمسّ بياناتك.
9. تغييرات هذه السياسة
عند تعديلها سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، والتغييرات الجوهرية سنُعلنها داخل التطبيق.

Muslim is an Islamic question-and-answer app that answers from verified sources.
This page states exactly what we collect, what we do not, who else sees your
data, and how you delete it.
1. Using the app without signing in
Signing in is optional. Without an account:
- Your conversations live in your own browser (localStorage) on your device; they are not uploaded to our servers.
- When you send a question, the question text and a limited number of recent turns are sent to the server only to produce the answer.
- We do not store the question or answer text in our database in this case. What we record is operational only: model name, latencies, token counts, which source records were retrieved, and whether the request succeeded.
- To erase local conversations, delete them in the app or clear this site's data in your browser.
2. When you sign in
Sign-in uses Google via Firebase Authentication. We then store:
- Account data: your email, name, profile photo (if any), and the provider's account identifier.
- Your conversations: questions, answers and the sources cited, so they sync across your devices.
- Your ratings of answers (helpful / not helpful and why), if you submit them.
- Session tokens (refresh tokens) with the IP address they were issued from, plus a short sign-in/sign-out audit record.
We never ask for or store a password: Google authenticates you, and we verify the signature of the token it issues.
3. Third parties that see your data

Google (Gemini API): to generate an answer, your question, the
retrieved source texts and recent turns are sent to Google's Gemini API. Your
question text therefore passes through Google as a processor — whether or not
you are signed in.
- Google / Firebase Authentication: when you sign in with Google.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Why we collect it
- Running the service: generating answers and syncing your conversations when signed in.
- Abuse prevention: per-IP rate limiting.
- Engineering: latency and error metrics to fix problems — operational data, not your question text.
5. Retention
- Server-stored conversations: until you delete them or delete your account.
- Operational and audit logs: as long as needed for diagnosis and abuse prevention, and at most twelve months.
- Contact messages: until answered, then deleted when no longer needed.
6. Your rights
- Deletion: deleting your account deletes your conversations, anonymises what remains of the account record, and revokes every session.
- Access and correction: contact us and we will provide a copy of your data or correct anything inaccurate.
- Objection: you can use the app without an account, in which case we store nothing about you.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, administrative access is a separate account, and
every access token's signature is verified before it is accepted. No system is
perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.
9. Changes
We update the "last updated" date above, and announce material changes in the app.
